Climate CO2 agreements aren’t stopping CO2 rise

The climate agreements known and Paris Accords, Kyoto, et al, appear to have little or no effect on slowing CO2 rise, as seen in the above NOAA chart.

China is by far the biggest CO2 emitter (more than USA + EU combined), and growing. China’s CO2 emissions aren’t much if at all affected by these international agreements, which tend to hurt Europe economically.

The USA CO2 emissions have recently fallen to 1992 levels, thanks to new technology such as fracking. Renewables like wind and solar aren’t yet viable because of costs and inability to produce a specific desired amount of energy on demand, and near serviced areas (*1).

Look on the bright side, increased CO2 is greening the Earth (*2).

And fear not. Only 0.3% of climate papers actually stated that humans are the main cause of global warming (AGW) (*3).

We may also be in a CO2 drought, may not cause warming, and more CO2 would improve the conditions of life on Earth (*4).

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) would need to change its behavior. CO2 is colorless and odorless, but the CCP is also a huge polluter, as seen:
